Gautam Bhatia

Gautam Bhatia is a constitutional law scholar who has written books such as "The Transformative Constitution" and "Horizontal Rights." He is a regular columnist for several Indian media publications. Gautam's science fiction duology "The Wall" and "The Horizon" were both recommended by local periodicals in 2021 as the best debut novel. His work, "The Transformative Constitution: A Radical Biography in Nine Acts," focuses on constitutional law and parliament. Bhatia was directed into the spotlight when he joined Datar in advocating for the Right to Privacy in August 2017.
